What is important in planning an apartment for rent? The bathroom must be spacious and comfortable. The bathroom can be small in terms of space, but it should include a sink cabinet with a storage unit, a modern toilet, a cabinet with towels, toilet paper, soaps, a towel rack and more. There must be a spacious bathroom, and it is possible to have a bathtub.I recommend using light flooring and wall coverings, and without overly complex patterns. The logic behind this recommendation is: they are easy to clean, and light colors give a sense of space. Especially in small spaces.www.efratmeiri.co.il#efrat_meiri #interiordesign #interiordesigner #israeli_archtecture #newarchitecture #new_house

Kitchen Design TipA clever, functional kitchen is a big selling point in any home. If you’re embarking on a revamp, consider taking tall cabinetry up to full ceiling height. If this isn’t possible, then plan on “filling in” the gap between the top of the cabinets and the ceiling with a piece of panel board, painted the same as your cabinets. This will avoid a dust-trap at the top and add to a sense of abundant storage. #angelarudling #bayleyshowick #altogetherbetter #realestateagent #realestate #home #property #househunting #house #aucklandrealestate #howickrealestate

Feeling like your starter home has become your forever spot? Time flies, and sometimes, what was meant to be temporary sticks around longer than expected. But staying put doesn't have to mean settling. Bring back the love for your home with these tweaks:- Splurge on a new piece of furniture, area rug, or art.- Schedule a landscaping consult to bring a fresh take to the front yard or back patio. Yardzen has highly rated virtual consults.- Build a she-shed or man cave. The world of stylish, prefabricated structures is here.- Get creative with storage. Think built-in bookshelves, under bed storage, or reworking closet space.- Update light fixtures and hardware on doors and cabinets throughout the house- Do an interior design consult for a fraction of the cost on platforms like Havenly. Here’s one more thing I’d say: Sometimes, “trying on” a move to a new home can help reinforce your decision to stay put. And if instead you're ready to see what upsizing looks like, send me a message. I'm always here to be a resource.#noyolarealtor #guideachievedream #rore #pflugervillerealtor #pflugerville #huttorealtor #huttotx #austinstarterhome #readytoupsizeyourhome #stayinginmystarterhome

The property had been rented out to the same tenant for over 20 years. When the tenant moved out, the landlord was hesitant to take on the extensive renovations needed. So we stepped in, keeping the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms but upgrading every inch of the property. We installed a new roof, replaced the windows, added a new water heater, and revamped the kitchen with a modern design. The flooring was updated, the exterior was painted, and we also improved the driveway and yard. This kitchen is one of my absolute favorites that I've designed. Interestingly, our photographer thought so too! Do you like the transformation? #RealEstate #DistressedProperties #rentalproperty #LandLords
