Ordered lunch today from here at 11: 41 AM, we got our food at 1: 15 PM. We're less than 5 miles from there. Freakisly slow if you ask me.

8/11/2023 Online food order submitted at 11: 24am. Order received 11: 26am. Order delivered 12: 58pm. Totally UNACCEPTABLE. Order #20354997542256640. Complaint filed on Jimmy John's main website TWICE. I was emailed that the owner would be contacted about my issue. Today is almost SEVEN WEEKS later and I have not heard one word from the owner. Customer service is lacking at this establishment. Several of us at out office order many times per week from this particular Jimmy John's. It is normally fast delivery which is great since we only get a 30 minute lunch break. It is less than a mile from our office, so it should not take an hour and half to receive a sandwich. Correction: a SOGGY sandwich. I have been ordering from this Jimmy John's for almost 10 years since I've been working in Conway. This is only the second time this has happened. The other time was during the plandemic when they were short staffed. That, I understood. However, to complain on a corporate level, TWICE, and you don't even receive an apology from anyone? Our office staff will be rethinking our lunch plans from now on.

Cashier had no personality.stood at register and she didn't acknowledge we were there. I've had my own business and I know what you go through and I will always feel customer service is always a plus. She would work for me about 1 day. Walked to register and never said, "May I help you"
She just stood there looking down at register. I said are you ready. OMG. Is it that hard to be polite? Stay home and let someone who wants to work have your job or get a better attitude. That's the problem. No O ne Wants to work.
