And it’s why we’re making all of it especially wonderful with the help of world-class botanists and landscape architects. We plant lots of mature, locally-grown trees, shrubs, and flowering plants around the community. To give the landscaping a head start and make the neighborhood feel well established. To make your morning walk even more gratifying. And frankly, because we think a dash of color keeps things fun. We even have a large and small dog park for our furry friends.

Brown Family Park
Brown Family Park showcases just how fun and all-around-fabulous a park can be. In fact, the park opened with a concert by the Ben Miller Band, which marked the first time a Piccolo Spoleto event was hosted in Summerville. And it’s still rocking, with concerts and shows. Of course, its unique design and plantings also make it a great place to enjoy a quiet Lowcountry day.

We design great spaces for humans and also for pets. The Brighton Park Dog Park is available to all Brighton Park Residential Association owners. Conveniently located near the swim club, this new park will provide plenty of room for hours of exercising and socializing. With both large and small dog areas for pets of all sizes. We see a lot more running, playing and ball chasing in your pets future. Be sure to bring your key fob to access this new play area.
